I’ve spent over three decades working across operational, logistics, procurement, and transformation environments in both public and private sectors.
My background includes:
Military service in logistics and supply
Senior procurement and transformation roles
Advisory and consultancy work across multiple sectors
Hands-on operational delivery in complex environments
This combination of strategic and practical experience led me to design Ideas-Shared as a structured system for coordinated action and measurable outcomes.
It is grounded in real-world operational experience rather than theory.
