Alongside developing Ideas-Shared, I continue to work professionally as a procurement and transformation specialist, supporting organisations to improve performance, reduce cost, and deliver complex change. I’ve spent over three decades working across operational, logistics, procurement, and transformation environments in both public and private sectors.
My background includes:
Military service in logistics and supply
Senior procurement and transformation roles
Advisory and consultancy work across multiple sectors
Hands-on operational delivery in complex environments
This combination of strategic and practical experience led me to design Ideas-Shared as a structured system for coordinated action and measurable outcomes.
It is grounded in real-world operational experience rather than theory.
